Overall we had a pleasant stay, however some negative points were at the rendezvous: rather cold welcome, the windows of the outside bubble dirty, hot shower for 2min, the price of drinks, on our arrival the jaccuzi was cold (25degre) , without forgetting the value for money of the meal which was not there ... Of course some positive points: the bedding, the setting and the jaccuzi as well as the night under the stars are the main assets for a perfect disconnection .

Great romantic stay. Top breakfast, delicious gourmet basket ... all well hidden from neighbors, enough to walk around naked among the trees and their inhabitants. Small problem: no wifi, fortunately the spa compensates! There is a very nice glassblower in Nerac, one of the few shops still open. It's worth a look, it is demo!

Great relaxing weekend for 2. A jacuzzi spa that has lived up to all its promises! Glass dome in the forest, for independence and letting go at the top if we put aside the cleanliness that was not at the meeting. Pity! On the other hand, the breakfast of the next day, royal!

Hello Madam, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review regarding your experience with us. We are delighted that you appreciated the concept and the advantages of our accommodation. We will do our best to respond to your many comments: Arrival is from 4:30 p.m. to allow us to prepare everything so that your stay goes as smoothly as possible. We also indicated it to you by sms the day of your arrival. You made the choice to arrive more than an hour earlier, the jacuzzi that we had changed for you had therefore not finished heating. That's why it was still 25 degrees. Moreover, your very early arrival certainly explains the surprise of seeing you, which you must have taken for coldness. If so, we are sorry. As for the shower, we are in the middle of the woods, so there is no water heater like in a city hotel. However, this is explained in the small welcome booklet which is in the dome. As for the windows, we were indeed surprised that day by a wind from the Sahara which deposited a little red dust on the dome. Everything has since been cleaned twice! Finally, as for the dinner, we are sincerely sorry that you did not like it. However, with a block of 120gr of whole foie gras and a full hot meal made by a caterer, it is difficult to find cheaper!
