In one of the bedrooms there was a light that did not work. I also find that in one of the cabins where there are 3 single beds (the high one much too close to the wall, not much room to move) I'm not claustrophobic so to tell you! After a lot of spiders for me grrr Otherwise overall it was good

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to complete the satisfaction survey. We are sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied with your stay. An on-call team is present on the estate day and night, also by telephone. You report having had problems with the light, indeed the autonomy of the lights in the cabin is generally 3-4 hours if you encounter problems with this one it would have been with pleasure that we would have come to exchange it. For the layout of the cabin, we have tried to optimize the floor space, which is why it is so close to the wall. We take note of your feedback and we will report it to our maintenance team to try to modify the layout so that the cabin owners are properly installed. Our maintenance team passes daily in the cabins, unfortunately we are in the middle of nature and it happens that we pass next to certain cobwebs, we will be more vigilant.
