Hello Sir, First of all thank you for the time you gave me this morning to understand your disappointment and the points of improvement necessary to offer a completely satisfactory stay. In terms of organization, we have thought with the team about ways to reduce waiting times when our lodgers arrive and to follow the order in which people arrive so as not to create frustration. A document tracking the arrivals of our cabin owners is now in place. We will be vigilant when taking orders for breakfast so as not to forget to remember drinks as was the case during your stay. We will also review the content of our message during the reception to indicate that the choice of services is offered to reduce waste but that consumables are in no way rationed or limited, quite the contrary. I have clearly noted the need to review the content of the gourmet dinner with our restaurateur in terms of the quality of the products that make it up. I discussed this with him. Finally, we will try a different setting of the filtration schedules to improve the experience during dinner as well.
