The accommodation lacked at least 2 or 3 plates, 2 or 3 different cutlery, if only to eat what can be reheated. Otherwise everything else great

Very pleasant stay. The terrace soul in front of the sona broken. Unreinforced railing on the terrace walkway, near the small table. Dust on furniture. Lack of refreshment inside and out.

The reversible air conditioning is quite noisy and the reception expeditious. The terrace needs a bit of a refresh. But the setting remains calm and charming.

We had a wonderful evening. The setting is idyllic. The jacuzzi a marvel with a splendid view. The decor of the cabin, which is large compared to the photos, is magnificent. The air conditioning needs to be reviewed, perhaps very, very bright. Breakfast more than copious, next time we will have dinner too. Very very nice experience, we will come back for the hobby hut but also to redo the perched hut.

We had a good time in the middle of nature, in peace ... except at night ... little lories running on the roof and maybe a deer or a wild boar walking under the hut .. !! , wildlife nightlife! We would still have stayed one more day in this pretty cabin

It is a great place to disconnect: very calm place, surrounded by greenery and where the only "noise" is that of the animals. The welcome is very warm, and the people are attentive and very helpful .... THANK YOU to our hosts.

Beautiful cabin, very calm environment. High price of meals for uncooked products (canned ratatouille). Very generous breakfasts but lack of local products. The reception area leaves a lot to be desired because there are tiles on pallets, buildings under construction and no parking. However, when you are in the cabin, the view is magnificent.

Very nice service .... a pity that we were not able to have the evening meal because a sick restaurateur. Very warm welcome, hearty breakfast. The spa is very valuable especially when the weather is gloomy. The quality service ratio remains high all the same.

Cabin more than wonderful to get away for a weekend. In my case, it was the occasion of a couple's anniversary. This cabin is located in a beautiful region, where a lot of things remain to be visited. The owner of the cabin is very friendly, everything is in place to make us feel good, from arrival to departure, through meals etc. I recommend this cabin to all nature lovers who want to keep a unique memory! :)

The rental price (be careful this is not a tree house but on stilts in the middle of trees including 1 single fig tree) can be correct if all the services were included, however the options as they are made do are not up to par and had to make the price very expensive. The evening meal is very fair in quantity for an average eater. The rose petals are fake, the chocolate cups are small, the champagne is of mediocre quality, the morning yogurts are gone for a day and few channels on the TV are correct (although we are not there for that) ). Otherwise despite the price, a good evening (thanks to the jacuzzi which is starting to be damaged) but very quickly passed with a view on the trees but nothing more.

Bonjour Madame, Monsieur, Cabane sur Pilotis et vue : Nous avons bien une Cabane Perchée sur pilotis à 6m au dessus de la canopée des arbres. Cette Cabane est largement visible sur les photos de notre site. Il y a vue sur la combe de Borrèze (Vallée profonde donnant sur le village de Borrèze - 90 m de dénivelé). L'arbre qui passe dans la cabane est un Chêne Rouge Nord Américain de 18 m. Les 2 figuiers sont à l'entrée de la cabane et donnent sur le Patio. Paniers-Repas : Les repas sont élaborés par un restaurant gastronomique de Sarlat. Jusqu'à aujourd'hui nous n'avons eu aucun reproche mais plutôt des compliments. C'est un restaurant noté 4,5/5 sur le principal site d'avis en ligne et classé n°5 sur 134 restaurants. Pétales de Roses et Coupelles de Chocolat : Effectivement les pétales de roses sont en tissu et sont répartis dans la cabane. Mais il y a aussi un Bouquet de Roses constitué de vraies Roses et pouvant être emporté. Chose qui a été faite dans ce cas..... Dans le cadre de la Soirée Romantique il y a deux coupelles de chocolat avec 75 g de chocolats différents par coupelle. Pour les "Champagnes VOUILLOT", c'est un petit producteur d'Epernay qui vend la majeure partie de sa production aux Champagnes MOËT et CHANDON. Mais une partie de leur production est vendue en direct. C'est donc une affaire de goût, là aussi beaucoup de clients nous ont demandé leur adresse. Yaourts - Dates dépassées : Il est possible que la date de consommation conseillée ait été dépassée d'une journée. Il se peut que l'on n'ait pas fait attention mais avec un simple coup de téléphone et l'erreur est corrigée.... Télévision : La cabane est équipée d'une antenne intérieure, il suffit que des clients aient touché l'antenne et la réception est moins bonne. La recherche automatique des chaines nous a pris 10 mn. Nous sommes disponibles et un coup de téléphone aurait arrangé ce problème.... Cordialement, Jean-Yves T., propriétaire du domaine

This cabin is absolutely superb! Beautiful, very well decorated and arranged. Our big disappointment is to have arrived after disrespectful people who have soiled the jacuzzi to the point that the owners had to change the water, and the latter took a long time to heat up, so our relaxing evening with lovers did not didn't happen ... We only had the jacuzzi for an hour and a half the next morning ... The owners of course had nothing to do with it and were completely understanding and accommodating. But for once, we highly recommend this cabin of course, but not in the middle of winter! In fact, if this kind of problem occurs, the water in the jacuzzi, located on the outdoor terrace, takes much longer to heat up when it is very cold. Finally, the breakfast was very generous!

We are however surprised by your remark concerning the cleanliness, our cleaning team conscientiously checks the hut and of course cleans it after each customer leaves. We consider this point as one of the most important and our attention Concerning the terrace, it is precisely being repaired. An important part has just been done and the speaker has suspended the work because of the freezing period (Danger, the hut is at 6 m) and will resume soon. It is true that the reversible air conditioning can be a little noisy at times, but customers have the option of turning it off. There are enough radiators in the hut to replace the air conditioning... We have, of course, taken all your comments into account. Our concern is the constant improvement of our services.
